Rare small writing furniture in solid apple wood, based on a design by the Hoffmann manufactory, head drawer with inlaid thread and central lock, a key, closes the cylinder, brass fittings and pull knobs added, cabinet with 4 small drawers and open compartment, pull-out writing surface, very beautiful grain, underneath circumferential frieze made of boxwood and ebony, followed by 2 drawers inlaid with thread, lower drawer with central lock, locks the drawer above, lower edge with circumferential frieze, carefully restored and hand-polished with shellac, body rests on a base with conical feet
