The rare, high-quality restored mirror chest of drawers on offer was manufactured by the important tubular steel furniture manufacturer Hynek Gottwald. Some of Hynek Gottwald’s furniture was shown in the exhibition “Hej rup The Czechoslovak Avant-Garde in the Context of European Modernism” at the Bröhan Museum in Berlin.

Condition:ExcellentRefinished. Replacements made: Some of the tubullar steel parts of this mirror cabinet had to be replaced because of cororrosion. Aslo we changed the original mirror witch was cloudy in favor of a new one. All wooden parts have been refurbished in a 1930s technology. The offered mirrod dresser has been professionally restored in highest quality by experts that have more than 25 years experience in high class refurbishing of Bauhaus furniture.
