Brass construction painted, clockface 10cm diameter. Original condition with original Kienzle movement still working. Desiged in the late 1930s in Netherlands by Adrianus Willem Uithol who was a famous Dutch artist.
Also known in the US in the 1950s for his abstract and surreal metal sculptures.
