This satinated glass shade below is kept in place by the patinated brass ring (which also make it easy to replace a bulb). This brass ring with its horinzontal oval motifs with wire mesh inside also comes with a regd mark and number which matches the printed number on the top of the opaline glass shade. Because of the ‘regd’ mark this light fixture was probably British made. This rare (we cannot find another one anywhere in the world) antique light fixture brings class and style into your room like no modern light ever could.
