From our new collection of overdyed rugs, a vintage 9×12 Persian rug originating circa 1970-1980 or possibly earlier.

On the Design:

This vintage rug has been given a particular wash to give it this old-world look and muted style of pattern. The subdued designs in purple and black enjoy a gorgeous sense of movement in their subtlety and the way they lead the eye more through color than definition.

This piece is a comfortable shabby-chic rug from a fabulous new line – almost trending monochromatic or solid with the same alluring appeal.

The rug exists in great condition – ready for the floor.
